Dear Parents and Carers,

I hope you and your family had a wonderful summer break and enjoyed some quality time together. It has been lovely to see the children return to school this week, full of energy, enthusiasm, and ready for the year ahead.

On behalf of all the staff, I would like to extend a very warm welcome to both our returning families and to those who are joining our school community for the first time. We are delighted to have you with us and look forward to working in partnership with you throughout the year. I am also delighted to be the new Headteacher and feel privileged to lead such a vibrant and welcoming school community.

This term, we are especially pleased to welcome some new members of staff to our team and are confident they will each make a wonderful contribution to our school and bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to their classrooms.

This term promises to be an exciting one, filled with opportunities for learning, creativity, and personal growth. Our teachers have been working hard to prepare engaging lessons and enriching activities that will inspire and challenge the children.

We place great value on the partnership between home and school, and we know that by working together we can ensure every child feels supported, happy, and able to achieve their best. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns—we are always here to help.

Thank you for your continued support. I look forward to seeing many of you at school events over the coming weeks and to another successful year at Oakington Manor Primary.

With warmest regards,
Mrs Ruby Vernalls - Headteacher
