Dear Parents and Carers,

We have allocated daily tasks for the children on DB Primary for English, Maths and Physical Development.

ALL English and Maths tasks are set on DB primary for the children to complete.

Daily expectations

We expect your child to complete the following daily:

Phonics - use Phonic play which the children have used in class alongside their phonic lessons. The class teacher will direct you to the phase that your child will be working on via DB primary. https://new.phonicsplay.co.uk/

Reading - please read using, that you have at home as well as the following online reading resources

The children are expected to practice reading and spelling their reception words.

Handwriting –Please encourage your child to continue to develop their handwriting skills; using the school letter formation.

It has been great to see that you sharing a variety of activities that you have been doing at home through DB primary such as bike riding, gardening, cooking and being creative in lots of different ways. It is great to see so we do encourage you to keep engaging the children in other activities.
