Summer 1 : Week 5

5JH Online Tasks 
The tasks set this week are not due until the 7th June, which is the end of the first week back after half-term. This is so that children can have a break over the half-term, and also catch-up on all tasks that they may have missed.
 
RE Due: 7/06/20
Task: Jewish Pilgrimages 
Students will complete a task where they will research why the Western Wall in Jerusalem has such significance for their religion.
 
PSHCE Due: 7//06/20
Task: Silly Faces 
This week the students have been given a task called ‘Silly Faces’. We are hoping it will help to reconnect the year group together through photography. 
*The children's photos will be showcased on the year group DB Primary Community page - Year 5 2019-20*

Task: 100 Silly Drawings
This week students will be challenged with an art task. Students will be able to choose 1 thing to draw and colour.

Students will complete a task where they will compare the similarities and differences between a Jewish pilgrimage and a Hindu Pilgrimage.

5RB online TASKS for Week 9, 10 and 11

 

You have been given a deadline of 3 weeks for most tasks to enable you to enjoy your half-term (25th-29th May) as well as giving you an opportunity to catch up with outstanding tasks you may need to finish.

 

ENGLISH - Your set teachers will set you work on DB primary. You should be logging in and reading daily on Bug Club too.

 

MATHEMATICS - Your set teachers will set you work on DB primary, Mathletics and TT Rockstars. 

 

P.E - You all have the link for Joe Wick, BBC Super Movers, Go Noodle and the ideas from Mr McDonnell. You now also have the links for ‘Move Crew’ and ‘Chance to Shine’. You can use some or all of these but it is important you are moving/exercising as this is important to keep you healthy.

 

PSHCE - You can still watch Newsround every day. Mrs Shah is also sending you the picture news task.  This week you have a class task entailed ‘Silly Faces’ which is a chance for you to reconnect with one another through photography. Due 07/06/20.
